What personal information will be collected?
Insource Talent takes great care to ensure that the information it holds about you meets legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our products and services. Our Service Providers
This includes external third party service providers such as accountants, auditors, legal advisors and other outside professional advisors; IT systems support and hosting service providers; data storage and cloud providers; internal reporting software providers; event booking platforms and other similar third party systems that assist us in carrying out our business activities.
Insource Talent uses basic cookies on its website to collect anonymous data regarding traffic & usage trends. Cookiebot is in use to ensure GDPR compliance and to put you in complete control of cookie usage each time you visit.
How long will you keep hold of my information?
Insource Talent retains information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations.
For direct marketing we will hold your data for 36 months from the point of last contact unless you have unsubscribed, at which point you will be removed from our active marketing database.
Client data will be kept for 7 years from the point of last contact.
Personal Data Breaches – Reporting:
In the unlikely event a personal data breach has taken place, Insource Talent will take steps to contain and recover the breach. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of any individual we will also notify the ICO.
